Abstract

Provided is a rotation member connecting structure that does not require an operation of connecting a rotation support member and the rotation member to each other and can prevent rattling of the rotation member with respect to a rotation member support member. In the rotation member connecting structure, a rotation support member 10 has a support shaft 20, and a rotation member 30 has a retention part 50. The support shaft 20 has a restriction part 25 that restricts axial movement of the support shaft 20 with respect to the retention part 50 and a sliding part 27 that slides over an inner periphery of the retention part. The rotation support member 10 and the rotation member 30 are made of materials that are not bonded to each other during molding by the resin materials. In the inner periphery of the retention part 50,a portion that closely contacts the sliding part 27 is formed to be continuous in a circumferential direction so that the rotation support member 10 and the rotation member 30 are molded in a connected state.

Abstract

A lock device includes a base member fixed on an opening/closing member, an operation member rotatably supported on the base member, and a rod configured to move forward and backward to be engaged with and disengaged from a locked portion of the fixed member in response to operation of the operation member. The operation member includes a pivot portion and a transmission portion. The base member includes a first attachment portion and a second attachment portion. When the transmission portion presses an inclined surface of the rod and thus causes the rod to move backward, the first attachment portion abuts against the rod, thereby limiting movement of the rod in the direction intersecting with the forward and backward movement direction of the rod.

Abstract

A stopper device includes: a stopper that has an abutting part located at a distal end of a tubular part in the axial direction, and a through-hole penetrating through the abutting part and communicating with the inside of the tubular part; and a screw that has a flange-shaped screw head accommodated in the tubular part, and a shaft projecting toward a proximal end side of the tubular part in the axial direction. The tubular part has a first restricting part that restricts movement of the stopper toward the distal end in the axial direction by being engaged with the screw head. The position of the stopper in the axial direction is changed by inserting a tool in the tubular part through the through-hole and rotating the screw.

Abstract

One embodiment provides a mounting structure including a hook member to be mounted on a mount member, and a mounting member. A base part of the hook member protrudes from the front side of the mount member. In the mounted state, a locking part of the hook member locks with a back rim of a mounting hole. An operation part of the mounting member is operated during the mounting on the mount member. An engaging part of the mounting member can engage with the locking part at the back side of the mount member. The mounted state is achieved by sliding, via an operation applied to the operation part, the mounting member substantially parallel to a front surface or a back surface of the mounting hole, such that the engaging part engages with the locking part.

Abstract

A flap valve apparatus includes a main body; a valve body; and a spring member. The main body includes support shafts, and the valve body includes bearing portions. When viewed from the axial direction of the support shaft, the bearing portions has a bearing hole with an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the support shaft; and an introduction groove being in communication with the bearing hole from the seal surface side of the valve body. A width of the introduction groove is smaller than the outer diameter of the support shaft, but is expandable to receive the support shaft. When viewed from the axial direction of the support shaft, an opening portion of the introduction grove is positioned near the axial center of the main body.

Abstract

The embodiment provides a tonneau cover device. The tonneau cover device includes a tonneau cover and a fixing device to engage with a lock portion to thereby hold the tonneau cover in a pulled-out-and-held state. The fixing device includes: a slider provided in a slidable manner and a hook provided in a swingable manner. When a force is exerted on an engagement protruding portion of the hook as a result of pushing in the tonneau cover toward the winding direction from the pulled-out-and-held state, and the exerted force acting on the engagement protruding portion is larger than the normally-given urging force acting on the engagement protruding portion, the hook swings such that the engagement protruding portion retracts into the case while causing the slider to be pushed in away from the sidewall, thereby being disengaged from the locking portion.

Abstract

A damping device has a pin member inserted slidably in a cylindrical case member. The bottom of the case member has: a hole forming section in which an insertion hole is formed; and a slit for allowing the hole forming section to be expanded and deformed. The outer peripheral surface of the pin member and/or the inner peripheral surface of the hole forming section has a tapered section tilted relative to the axial direction. The movement of the pin member of being pressed into the insertion hole from the inside causes the outer peripheral surface of the pin member and the inner peripheral surface of the hole forming section to slide on each other along the tapered section, and as a result, the insertion hole is expanded.

Abstract

One embodiment relates to a valve device. The valve device includes: a valve case; a valve element slidably disposed within a valve chamber defined in the valve case; and a positive pressure spring configured to urge the valve element toward a valve seat in the valve case. The valve element includes an outer circumferential portion having a predetermined length extending along an inner circumference of the valve chamber. Abstract

A check valve includes a valve case, a positive pressure valve, a spring, and a negative pressure valve. The positive pressure valve is slidably disposed in a valve chamber of the valve case. The spring urges the positive pressure valve to abut on a positive pressure valve seat of the valve case. The negative pressure valve is on the positive pressure valve to abut on a negative pressure valve seat of the positive pressure valve. The negative pressure valve closes a communicating passage in the positive pressure valve in a normal state, and opens it when a pressure in the fuel tank falls to a predetermined value or less.

Abstract

A damper device is configured so that a piston moves in a cylinder. A seal ring member is provided to the outer periphery of the piston to device the inside of the cylinder into a first chamber and a second chamber. A transmission member is connected to the piston and can transmit external force to the piston. A cutout section is formed with a predetermined circumferential width in a first stopper surface. A communication section has an opening in an annular outer peripheral section located closer to the second chamber than the cutout section. When the seal ring member is pressed toward the first stopper surface, the seal ring member is deformed so as to partially enter the cutout section.

Abstract

One embodiment provides a valve device for fuel tank. The valve device includes: a housing in which a valve chamber and a ventilation chamber are divided by a partition wall having a first and second openings; a vapor discharge outlet communicating with the ventilation chamber; first and second float valves vertically movably housed in the valve chamber to close the first and second openings, respectively; and a recess portion defined in a part of the ventilation chamber correspondingly with the first opening. A passage is provided to communicate the discharge outlet with the recess portion. And, a first wall portion is provided around an end of the passage on a side of the recess portion so as to block the fuel that flows out of the second opening into the first opening from heading to the third opening.

Abstract

A lock device is provided with a housing, a rotary member, a pair of link rods provided with a hook part, a spring for the rotary biasing of the rotary member, and an operative member mounted so as to be able to be inserted into the housing. A cam protrusions formed in the rotary member, and a wall part having a cam slope which abuts the cam protrusion is formed in the operative member. The configuration is such that by inserting the operative member, the rotary member resists the biasing force of the spring and rotates, and the hook part of the link rods slides in a position in which it does not engage with the lock part.
