In a method for producing a contact element formed at least in sections from a brass alloy, which method permits both productive and economic production of a contact element from lead-free brass alloys at least in some sections by shaping, more particularly by machining methods, and the process-safe contacting by crimping, for example of plug contacts, a blank for the contact element is first provided. Subsequently the structural state of the blank is changed by a first thermal treatment to increase the ß phase content, after which the contact element is formed from the blank with a higher ß phase content. The structural state of the contact element formed is then modified by a second thermal treatment to increase the α phase content.

Abstract

An input/output unit for data acquisition in a field bus system includes a microcontroller that has at least one integrated synchronous serial bus interface and a control device for direct memory access. A signal source for a digital signal is connectable to a digital data input master input, slave output (MISO) of the at least one synchronous serial bus interface. The first synchronous serial interface reads in the digital signal present at the data input MISO at a first clock rate that corresponds to a data transmission rate of the at least one synchronous serial bus interface. The control device for direct memory access forwards the read-in data words to a buffer memory, and periodically fetches the read-in data words from the buffer memory and forwards the read-in data words to a second synchronous serial bus interface or to another bus interface.

Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a relay module including a control input for combined control and power supply of the relay module with alternating voltage. A fixed voltage controller of the relay module generates a fixed voltage after rectification of the alternating voltage or a portion of the alternating voltage. A comparator is operated by the fixed voltage and derives a reference voltage from the fixed voltage. The comparator compares a rectified and smoothed portion of the alternating voltage with the reference voltage. A switching step of the relay module operates a relay unit according to the comparison of the comparator, which relay unit is connected on the input side to the switching step and on the output side to switch connections of the relay module.

Abstract

A method for calling an industrial controller control program function block having an OPC UA server and using the OPC UA communication protocol to communicate with an OPC UA client, the function block requested from an OPC UA call of the OPC UA client. The method further comprising: a call step directed to the method of the OPC UA server sent from the OPC UA client to the OPC UA server; a stored step, the OPC UA call is stored by the industrial controller OPC UA server; a transfer step, IN Parameters are transferred together with the OPC UA call from the OPC UA client to the OPC UA server, and copied to corresponding control program function block IN parameters; and a called step, the control program function block is called at a previously defined point within a industrial controller control task, and the function block IN parameters are processed.

Abstract

A base element for an at least two-part overvoltage protective arrangement, has a support rail receptacle for receiving a support rail carrying an electrical potential, a first receptacle for receiving a first electrical conductor, a second receptacle for receiving a second electrical conductor, and a protective element receptacle for receiving an overvoltage protective element. An electrical connecting element for transmitting an electrical signal from the first receptacle to the second receptacle is produced between the first second receptacles. An electrical support rail contact element makes electrical contact with the support rail when the support rail is received by the support rail receptacle. The first and second receptacles receive electrical connector parts or adapter connector parts for electrical connector parts. An overvoltage protective arrangement with such a base element. The base element and overvoltage protective arrangement make possible simple installation in existing control and signaling systems with minimal intervention.

Abstract

An assembly is provided. The assembly includes a component, a solder pin arranged on the component, an electrical structural unit, and a soldering point which is arranged on the electrical structural unit and forms an opening, into which the solder pin is insertable along an insertion direction in order to produce a soldered joint. The solder pin has an insertion portion which, on sides of the solder pin that face away from each other, forms insertion walls which are arranged at an acute angle to one another in such a way that the insertion portion tapers in the insertion direction. A part of the insertion portion is arranged outside the opening in such a way that one or more portions of the insertion walls extend inside the opening and one or more portions of the insertion walls extend outside the opening.
