Abstract

The invention relates to a method for actuating an electromechanical switching element at least comprising: a plurality of contacts; a coil having an iron core; and an armature, wherein, in the event that a predefined condition is fulfilled, the switching element is repeatedly pulsed on and off during the switch-off process or pulsed off and on during the switch-on process at a predefined point in time within an overtravel range in such a way that the coil current flowing into the coil oscillates between a predefined maximum value and a minimum value so that the armature moves within the overtravel range, thereby causing the contacts to rub against one another without becoming detached from one another, the minimum value being defined as the current value at the point in time at which the armature begins to detach from the iron core.

Abstract

A method for producing a contact element formed at least in sections from a brass alloy, and a contact element formed at least in sections from a brass alloy. In a method for producing a contact element formed at least in sections from a brass alloy, which method permits both productive and economic production of a contact element from lead-free brass alloys at least in some sections by shaping, more particularly by machining methods, and the process-safe contacting by crimping, for example of plug contacts, a blank for the contact element is first provided. Subsequently the structural state of the blank is changed by a first thermal treatment to increase the ß phase content, after which the contact element is formed from the blank with a higher ß phase content. The structural state of the contact element formed is then modified by a second thermal treatment to increase the α phase content.

Abstract

A switching monitoring device for monitoring a switching operation of a relay switching contact of a relay includes a control terminal, a controller, and an impedance circuit. The control terminal is configured to apply a control signal for switching the relay switching contact to the relay switching contact. The controller is configured to produce an excitation signal. The impedance circuit has a signal input and a signal output, and the controller applies the excitation signal to the signal input. The impedance circuit converts the excitation signal into a switching monitoring signal and outputs the switching monitoring signal at the signal output for application to the relay switching contact. The controller is further configured to detect a change in a signal present at the impedance circuit and, if the change in the signal is present, detect the switching operation of the relay switching contact.

Abstract

The invention relates to a circuit assembly and a method for detecting a switched state of a switch element (SW3) within a current supply path. The switch element (SW3) has two connections (11, 12), is arranged in the current supply path between two connection ends (11', 12') of the current supply path, the connections (11, 12) being electrically connected to one each of the connection ends (11', 12'), and is designed to assume a selectively either closing or interrupting switched state. In the closing switched state a switch path running between the two connections (11, 12) is closed in order to close the current supply path between the connection ends (11', 12'), and in the interrupting switched state of the switch path running between the two connections (11, 12) is opened to interrupt the current supply path between the connection ends (11', 12'). A diagnosis circuit comprises an auxiliary circuit designed so as to incorporate the current supply path running at least between the connection ends (11', 12') with switch element (SW3) arranged therebetween, and is designed to supply the auxiliary circuit with an auxiliary voltage, to sense a voltage applied between the two connection ends (11', 12') at the switch element (SW3), to output an output signal corresponding to the sensed voltage, and to evaluate the output signal in relation to the present switched state.

Abstract

The invention relates to a control and/or data transmission system (10, 10') which enables complex and extensive calculations to be performed not, or not only, by a control device (50) but by at least one external data-processing device (40) that is directly connected to the control device (50). The external data-processing device (40) performs the outsourced calculations by executing a software module based on a learned artificial neural network. The results are then transmitted directly without detours to the control device (50). The external data-processing device (40) is connected to the control device (50) via a direct connection (160), i.e. a point-to-point connection. The AI-based software module preferably processes audio and/or video signals as input signals which are transmitted from an external input device (150) to the control device (50) and from there to the external data-processing device (40).

The invention relates to a connection arrangement (100) for connecting an electrical conductor (300), comprising a current bar (110), comprising a clamp spring (111) which can be transferred into an open position and a clamping position, wherein, in the clamping position, the electrical conductor (300) to be connected is clamped against the current bar (110) by means of a clamp limb (113) of the clamp spring (111), and comprising an actuation element (112), wherein using the actuation element (112), the clamp spring (111) can be transferred from the clamping position into the open position by applying a pressure force (D) to the clamp spring (111). The connection arrangement (100) also has a transmission element (114) which is arranged on the clamp spring (111) in such a way that the pressure force (D) of the actuation element (112) can be transmitted to the clamp spring (111) via the transmission element (114).

Abstract

A network for data transmission, in particular in automation technology, includes: a) a plurality of terminals, b) a common gateway for external connection of the network with the plurality of terminals to an external data transmission network, c) data connections between the common gateway and individual terminals of the plurality of terminals, and d) a plurality of OPC-UA servers. One of the plurality of OPC-UA servers is in each case assigned to the individual terminals, and individual OPC-UA servers communicate with corresponding terminals so that the individual terminals are addressable by the external data transmission network according to OPC-UA. A software component, which creates one of the OPC-UA servers, is in each case stored in the individual terminals. The common gateway loads the software components for creating the individual OPC-UA servers from the terminals and executes them in the common gateway.
